When we had Evvie, we chose to delay her first bath- we know the benefits of vernix on newborns so we requested that the nurses not wipe it off. Today she is fifteen days old and I wanted to do a little something special for her first bath, so I purchased Moonstruck Mama's Postpartum Herbal Bath for the both of us. With ingredients like Calendula, lavender and rose hip to help nourish her soft baby skin. We used the teabag for the herbs to seep but we also added a bunch into the bath. It smells amazing!
